I don't know about you, but for me it's been a bit of a Cheryl Cole packed weekend! I watched both episodes of The X Factor (check out who went through here) and I read all about her in the Sunday Times interview. This morning she has been revealed as the latest Elle covergirl as Ms. Cole works hard to promote her solo project.

The Geordie lass is definitely promoting an edgier side of herself where she looks less Hollywood glam and more like a fashionista. Elle wanted to show off her natural beauty so kept accessories quite minimal with no jewellery at all.

Fashion Director Anne Marie Curtis explained,

"She has these amazing tattoos, so that was like the jewellery on the shoot."
