Celebrities That Wear High Heels When They Fly

I normally wear flats, sandals or low booties when I'm on an airplane, especially if it's a long haul flight. It's always a tremendous walk from check in through security to the gate, so I just want to be comfortable. Also, it just seems hard to me to lug a suitcase and a carry on balancing in heels. Whilst many women share my philosophy, I've noticed that many others choose fashion over comfort and wear sky high shoes for their trip way up in the skies.
