Actress Mischa Barton may look like she's cavalier about letting her hair dry she sips coffee and smokes a fag in New York City, but the reality of this photo is that she's actually on set waiting to into hair and makeup for her new TV show The Beautiful Life. I know a lot of ladies who don't blow dry their hair. Some have curly q's and avoid dryers as they cause frizz, whilst others are simply low maintenance and/or don't want to cause heat damage to their precious locks. I on the other hand can't afford to let my hair dry naturally as it just winds up looking messy and unkempt. How about you — do you ever just let your hair dry on its own?

Kenneth Cole
when she isn't done up she looks more homely than average folk
I usually let it half air-dry, then use a dryer to finish it. Unless it's really hot, if my hair completely air-dries I tend to end up with ear infections.
always at summer, and I try to when it's cold, but just when I have the time to wait til it is completely dry.
I never blow dry because it takes way too long (I have A LOT of hair), it makes my hair really frixxy and poofy, and I don't want the heat damage. I'm lucky, though, because my hair is the perfect texture so that when I just let it air dry it stays kind of loosely curled and when I brush it it gets straight...
In summer with salt spray I always leave it to air dry because it gives really nice waves, but in winter I have to blow-dry it because it takes aaaages.
Never! If I used a hair dryer, my hair would be even poofier than it is!
Same with adv minus the ear infection part (sidenote: how the heck does that happen??). Although if I let it airdry, I've got to sort out my fringe first with a blow-dryer, otherwise it does a really hideous parting in the middle which is irreversible (until I make it damp again).
I usually let my hair air dry if I have nowhere to be. If I'm going somewhere, I dry it. Otherwise it looks pretty crappy.
I ususally do - only when I am running behind do I use a dryer and even then I only partially dry it.
Depends where I am going, I usually just dry my fringe and shove it up for work then when I go out later it's all curly and lovely.
N.E.V.E.R. Well, it can happen, what I mean is: I would never go out like that, I would never do what Mischa is doing.
I can get away with it, and do it sometimes, but normally I feel better after I at least make it look dry before heading out.
I hate hair dryers! I never use them although sometimes I will use a straightener after I've put protective serum on. My hair is to my hips so blow drying would take forever and make my arms hurts.
*hurt. lol
