The festival season kicked off this weekend as people headed to Los Angeles for the Coachella festival. There is plenty of celebrity support for the event which appears to require sunglasses more than wellies! Chloë Sevigny has attended a few of the performances showing off her typical quirky style and proving that the '90s are definitely back. She layered a t-shirt under a summer dress for part of the day before changing in to a shirt dress. One thing remained consistent though; her socks and sandals! Chloë teamed a pair of flat shoes with ankle socks which is sure to spark a trend. Do you think the style is freaky or fabulous?

I think with heels, I would have loved this look. I'm saying fabulous though, because she is pulling it off and her commitment to quirky style is admirable. Love both dresses also, defs gonna get back on that t-shirt/skinny strap combo.

2LArgent I completely agree. I think frilly socks or little leopard print pop socks with heels look great. Especially Mary Janes.... sure I spied the frilly socks being sported on Annie 90210 when she went on the date to San Fran....
The tshirts and dresses work well together. But socks and sandals is ALWAYS a no.
