Last night The Hills returned to MTV UK with the final part of series four. The first episode showed Lauren, Audrina and Brody's crew head to Cabo to celebrate Brody's birthday. Stephanie stayed in LA where she introduced her new boyfriend to Heidi and Spencer. Times are hard for Audrina as she tries to shake off Justin Bobby, but can she do it for good this time?
