I highlight my hair (I'm naturally an ash blonde, and I lighten my hair to a bolder blonde), and go every three months, rotating between full head and half head at each visit. I used to go every 3-4 months, but now I find I just can't stand it if I wait any longer than 3 months.

I'm so very lazy about it. will add highlights once a year, usually around the time of spring break. I'm never thrilled with the damage it does to my hair.

The only "colouring" I've ever done was using hennah (sp?), which I guess doesn't really count. I'm too lazy for anything else, and to be honest I like my hair the way it is.

Never have, I like the colour of my hair so never felt the need. If I did I think I'd quite like it an obviously dyed colour like deep purple or hot pink.

Every 6-7 weeks I get a partial foil. I'm almost back to every 6 weeks since I love the lighter hair color that it gives me.

I get my hair colored every 8 weeks. I could probably go every 9 - 10 weeks, but I stick to 8.

OMG hair-dying is the bain of my beauty-life. For years I had blonde highlights, which I was really bad at keeping fresh (sooo expensive) so my hair would always look a bit dull, then I dyed it Stefani-esque block blonde and literally wrecked my hair with constant bleach touch ups, and now it is really dark brown, I am contending with blonde roots every 4 weeks! Good hair is HARD WORK!!

I haven't colored my hair since college and hope to put it off as long as I can! I do have gray hair but it just doesn't bother me yet!

I've never dyed my hair. I just can't justify the cost. Oh, and it's a bit difficult to do with my skin colour

I constantly dye my hair. I am in the salon every month. But I must say that when I went from black to blonde I damaged my hair greatly.

Never, I like my shade, my hairdresser actually asked if that's my natural colour before, saying I shouldn't dye it and ruin it.

If a hairdresser tells you not to colour your hair, lol!
