Yesterday Lilly Allen was spotted amongst a sea of balloons shooting her new music video in Bedfordshire. I've found out that her fabulous and flirty bow dress is part of the 2009 Spring/Summer PPQ collection and her outrageously high platform heels are Yves Saint Laurent. The dress is currently in production, and will be available for purchase from 1st January for £325. See below for more on Lily's lovely video look.

1I disagree. Lily is smiling and looks like she's having fun. The model look*S* miserable and moody. I also prefer the styling for Lily. Losse hair and black tights. Worth noting too that Lily is not *paid* to look good in clothes, she is a singer, who happens to be wearing that dress well. Don't be so down on her - she looks great!
