Preen are one of my favourite design brands. The London based duo present their quirky-yet-wearable designs in New York and I am always excited to see their collection. This Autumn their collection included a dark blue sequined dress which clearly impressed both Natalie Imbruglia and Chloe Sevigny. Chloe wore the dress in September to the Primetime Emmys then Natalie Imbruglia wore the dress this week to a Virgin fundraiser. They both wore similar court heels but Chloe added in a few more accessories. Who wore it better?
