Unusual heels were all over the catwalk from Marc Jacobs' backward heels to Antonio Berardi's heel-less shoes.
But just how often do real people like you guys (e.g. not Victoria Beckham, this isn't to say that if she is reading that she cannot vote) actually wear heels? Just for a night on the tiles or do you wear them every day for work?

Never. Too uncomfortable.
1I am so surprised that so many people never wear heels! Saying that, I always squeeze a pair of flats into my handbag when wearing heels, esp my new perspex heeled beasts from Office. They are only worth the pain until you have to run for the 94!
2Having recently bought some of the most comfortable platforms imaginable, I've started wearing very high heels a couple of times a week. I definitely prefer those types of heels to the spindly stilettos that were everywhere a few years ago, they're more flattering and much easier to wear.
3Never because I'm 5.11' and I tower nearly everybody in flats.

5I won't wear any heel that's lower than 4 inches. I might be 5 feet 10 inches but I love heels..... and the higher the better!
6Well I suppose 'all the time' is exaggerating it a bit, but I do wear them to long walking distances occasionally. But I have a bad right ankle that's been acting up a bit *reveals long and boring parts of her medical history*, so as of late it's not so much.
7i used to wear heels all the time until i developed arthritis. i cannot bear to part with some of my stilettoes and still have them in a bag in the closet. the sad thing is that ballerinas are too flat!
