Coleen McLoughlin has been busy preparing for her Valentine's evening with fiance Wayne Rooney. She was snapped this afternoon leaving a salon in Liverpool with her hair looking great! (as always.) She's wearing a classic Burberry Mac and carrying a metallic Hermes Birkin.
