The second day of London Fashion Week saw the revival of the iconic Ossie Clark label. This is the first season that Avsh Alom Gur has designed for the label and he presented the collection at the uber cool Serpentine Gallery in Hyde Park. I am an enormous fan of Ossie Clark dresses so I was very excited about the revival and I was not disappointed.
Avsh Alom Gur created a beautiful collection that included bright coloured blouses with sash ties and billowing sleeves. The printed maxi-dress was very reminiscent of Clark's style, and the red knitted dress with waist tie detail is perfect for the party season. I wonder what Celia Birtwell thought of the collection?
